Invites Online applications from Scouts and Guides Persons for recruitment of Group 'C' and Erstwhile Group 'D' posts against Scouts & Guides Quota 2017-18.

1. Group ‘C’ – 2 Posts, Pay: ₹ 5200 – 20200 with corresponding Grade Pay ₹ 1900/-, Distribution: Over North Central Railway.
2. Erstwhile Group ‘D’ – 6 Posts, Pay: ₹ 5200 – 20200 with corresponding Grade Pay ₹ 1800/-, Distribution: 02 Post each for Allahabad, Agra and Jhansi Division.

Mode of Selection: Recruitment should be done at the Zonal Administration level. The candidates, who apply in response to the notification and are found eligible for consideration for appointment against Scouts & Guides quota, shall be assessed on the basis of following criteria:-
(A) Written test – 50 Marks
(B) Scouting Skill Assessment- 10 Marks
(C) Marks on Certificates – 40 Marks
Examination Fee: ₹ 500/- for General Candidates; ₹ 250/- for Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ Ex-Servicemen/ Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), Women, Minorities and Economic Backward Classes with a provision for refunding the same to those who actually appear in the written examination.
How to Apply: Eligible Candidates can apply through Online Mode only through RRCALD Website. The Online application, complete in all respect, can be submitted up to 09/08/2017.
